29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about March 5, 2013, on different parts of a slopped roof of a residential building, 4 employees were working without any form of fall protection. This exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 9-feet 5-inches to 10-feet 4-inches to the ground below.
