29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. At 300 Hackney Ave, Independence, KS, a storage rack adjacent to the CNC Plasma Cutter had no aisle access in that the rack was obstructed by the rolling table track, exposing employees to a tripping hazard.
