29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.  a. The power supply cord for a portable light used for the 6 torch oxyfuel table did not have strain relief protection for the plug. The strain relief device was damaged and pulled apart from the plug.  b. The magnet charger, located in the saw/cutting area, did not have strain relief protection. The cord was pulled out of the plug.  Due to these conditions, employees are at increased risk for electrocution related to this electrical contact hazard.
