29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On March 07, 2013, employees were performing roofing work on a residential home without using fall protection. This conditon exposed employee to fall up to 10 feet. ESCALANTE ROOFING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 307251363, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 002 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON APRIL 03, 2009, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 140 SHADOW MOUNTAIN EL PASO TX.
