29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv) is applicable to employment by 29 CFR 1917.1(a)(2)(iv) that incorporates the General Industry requirement:     There were damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemcial action or overheating:      (a) The inspection revealed stop/start buttons with damaged outer covers. The buttons were the main power shutoff for the grain spout conveyor and were located at the west end of the catwalk leading to the grain spout at the Boardman Terminal, 71010 Rail Loop Drive in Boardman, Oregon.     (b) The inspection revealed stop/start buttons with damaged outer covers. The buttons were located at the uppermost catwalk of the Boardman Terminal Grain Elevator just east of the access man elevator.     (c) The inspection revealed stop/start buttons with damaged outer coversstop/start buttons with damaged outer covers. The buttons were located at the uppermost catwalk of the Boardman Terminal Grain Elevator at the far east end.
