29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, and receptacles located less than 2.44m (8 Feet) above the floor had live parts normally exposed to employee contact: On or about March 5, 2013, at the Power Rig #2, the employer did not ensure fixtures in the mud house and lube room had appropriate covers. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
