Port Jefferson Station NY - Employees operating the Ammco 4000 Brake Lathe were not protected from the moving parts and flying metal chips while cutting brake rotors; on or about 3/11/13.   Note:   Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
