29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(5)(i): The building owner(s) or employer(s) did not affix or post labels or signs on identified Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and/or Presumed Asbestos Containing Material (PACM) that had been previously installed, so that employee(s) would be notified of what materials contained ACM and/or PACM: Workplace, 25 East Lindsley Road, Cedar Grove, NJ a) Ceiling plaster board and pipe wrap insulation throughout the building has been identified as PACM in the employer's 4-28-08 Asbestos Operations and Maintenance Plan. PACM has not been labeled, including, but not limited to, exposed pipe insulation in the hallway outside of the linen room, and in the boiler room. b) Floor tile (9 inch by 9 inch) has been identified as PACM in the employer's 4-28-08 Asbestos Operations and Maintenance Plan. Such tile has not been labeled, including but not limited to tile found in the linen room, oxygen storage rooms, roof access room, and north and south stairway landings. Condition noted on or about 8-19-13
