On 3/1/2013, in the Gainesville location, employees were exposed to machine guarding hazards at various locations including:  1 - Line 3 Drop Packer  machine is not guarded on ingoing and outgoing sides point of operation is not guarded (exposed on ingoing side is 30 inches from operator and outgoing side is 20 inches from operator)  2 - Line 2 Puck conveyor ingoing nip point on conveyor as sides of conveyor end was not guarded  3 - Gas House #2 worm augers were not guarded  4 - Line 1 Valve Inserter machine the hand wheel rotates during line runs (120 cans/min  line runs ~72 ft/min)  5 - Line 1 conveyor in production room @ location where conveyor is coming in from gas house ingoing nip point exposed on conveyor as sides of conveyor end was not guarded  6 - Trash Compactor point of operation is not guarded   7 - Gas House #2 In going nip points on conveyors     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
