29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv):  Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket:    Roof, Northwest side of commercial multi-tenant buliding - On or about March 12, 2013, an employee performing remodeling and demolition tasks was exposed to a fall hazard from a height of approximately 35 feet while standing on the mid-rails and top rails of a JLG Boom Lift (Model 400S, Serial Number: 0300080565).

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) Roof, Northwest side of commercial multi-tenant buliding - On or about March 12, 2013, an employee performing remodeling and demolition tasks was exposed to a fall hazard from a height of approximately 35 feet while leaning over the edge of a roof without a personal fall protection system.     b) Roof with parapet wall, North side of commercial multi-tenant building - On or about March 12, 2013, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard from a height of approximately 12 feet while leaning over a parapet wall without a personal fall protection system.
