29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   On or about March 11, 2013, in two instances employees were working at The Avenue at Lubbock Apartment Complex without any type of fall protection. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of 9-feet 3-inches to 26-feet 4-inches.  1. Two employees were working on porch beams on building #1800  2. Two employees were working on top of the third floor beams on building #300
