The employees were exposed to a 13 foot 9 inch fall hazard.

29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: a) Jobsite, Lot #3, Gromwell Avenue, Bridgeville, PA: On or before 03/12/13, the employer had not provided training to two (2) employees who were working on a ladder jack scaffold installing siding material in the hazards associated with the scaffold. The employees were exposed to a 13 feet 9 inch fall hazard.
