29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(ii): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards, based on the mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided: a) Warehouse-Charging Area: On or about 03/12/13, the Hawker Power Guard Industrial Battery Charger (M#PH3R-18-775; S# 49948J04) was being operated while the conductor running from the junction box to the charging unit had its insulation damaged thus exposing the wires contained within the conductor.
