Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices,electronic safety devices, etc.    In the following instances ingoing nip points and rotating parts were not guarded in the sawmill:    a) Off Bearing Conveyor - The ingoing nip point created by the rotating eight inch drum and conveyor belt was not guarded.    b) #2 Conveyor - The ingoing nip point created by the rotating six inch idler drum and conveyor belt was not guarded.    c) #2 Conveyor - The ingoing nip point created by the rotating six inch drive drum and conveyor belt was not guarded.    Glidden Lumber was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 314596214, Citation 1, Item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/9/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 155 State Highway 150, Parkman, Maine.
