29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   On or about March 11, 2013, one employee was working on Building 800 while standing on top of a 2x4 inch beam of the first floor; without any type of fall protection. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of 8-feet.
