29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):     (a) Gutierrez Construction at 1815 Holloway Drive in Windsor, CO 80550: On or before 07/13/19, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards while performing siding work on a residential property. Two  employees were performing siding work from an angled roof without the use of fall protection or a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet.
