29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction: (a) New Paint Booth, Side facing direction of old paint booth: The Col-Met spray booth had materials on one side that had a rack with filters stored within 3 feet of the exterior of the spray booth, which also blocked the manometer. (b) New Paint Booth, Side facing Production: The Col-Met spray booth had a flammable storage cabinet stored within 3 feet of the exterior of the spray booth. (c) New Paint Booth, Side near Breakroom: The Col-Met spray booth had materials, such as, but not limited to 2 fans, 2 filters for saws, and orders for the next week stored within 3 feet of the exterior of the spray booth.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) Buffing Area: There was not adequate strain relief as the exterior insulation had pulled back exposing interior wiring, next to the plug-in for the extension cord powering the DeWalt Buffer. (b) Old Paint Booth: There was not adequate strain relief for the cord to the on/off switch for the heaters as the exterior insulation had pulled back next to the plug-in exposing interior wiring.
