29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) Jose Ochoa Roofing at 6675 S Lemay Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80525: On March 11, 2013 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that one employee removing shingles from a 3-in-12 pitch second story window roof overhang was not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 17 feet.
