Seven employees worked on a 4:12 pitch, single family, residential roof. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 13.6 ft. and 9 ft.

Seven employees worked on a 4:12 pitch, single family, residential roof. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 13.6 ft. and 9 ft.
