29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: (a) On March 13, 2013, in Bldg. #7 of the Facility, employees were exposed to serious electrical hazards created by the Delta Miter Saw Model 34-080, in that there was no ground pin on the power cord to complete an effective path to ground. Abatement certification is not required for this item.
