29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 278 Merriweather St Longmeadow, MA: On or about March 9, 2013, several employees were observed stripping the 18/12 sloped portion of this residential roof more than 9 FT above the ground below without any fall protection as required by this subpart: LKG Contracting, LLC was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926 501 b (10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311759252 citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 29, 2008 with respect to a workplace located at 1499 Silas Deane Highway Rocky Hill, CT.
