29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. This violation occurred on March 14, 2013, when Bob Moore Construction as the Controlling Employer, did not ensure that employees of Athens Steel were protected from falling more than 16 feet to the uncapped rebar below.
