29 CFR 1910.106(d)(6)(i):  Storage outside buildings were not in accordance with Table H-16 or H-17, and subdivisions (ii) and (iv) of this subparagraph:    a)  At the facility, on March 14, 2013, where there was not a five foot clearance on either side of a pile that contained flammable 5-gallon containers.  The employer stored Polyurethane Coating 5-gallon containers in piles in the rear of the facility without maintaining a five foot distance on either side of the pile.  This condition exposed employees to a fire hazard.
