Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:   a)  Warehouse Area - An employee worked in an area where the access to the circuit breaker box, PP-1, for the water pump and other circuits were blocked.  A 24 by 24 inch water tank had been plumbed into the area in front of the circuit breaker box, restricting work space and impeding access, observed on or about 3-14-13.   b) Warehouse Area - An employee worked in an area where the access to circuit breaker box, PP-3, was blocked.  A pallet containing some wrapped and unwrapped cases of bottles had been placed in the area in front of the circuit breaker box, restricting work space and impeding access, observed on or about 3-14-13.    Abatement certification required.
