29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or  were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve:   Employees performing duties on the sand chief at the fracking site located at SEC 34, TWP 34, R8, Waldron, Kansas were exposed to respiratory hazards.  The half face 3M respirators were stored outside, hanging on the side of the sand chief where dust could accumulate in the respirator when not in use.
