The employee's respirator was dirty and had not been cleaned prior to storage. The employer, Vision Products, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.134(h)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314105198, citation number 1, item number 2e and was affirmed as a final order on March 17, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at Building 201, Schreiber Industrial Park, New Kensington, PA 15068.
