29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: 1. Carpentry Shop: A Relocatable Power Tap (RPT) was in use on a portable work table to power a buffer, a small drill press, and a light. The RPT was also plugged into an extension cord instead of being directly connected to a permanent receptacle. 2. Engine Repair/Carpentry Shop: Electrical boxes with pre-punched knockouts were used as hanging electrical drops and not mounted. 3. Engine Repair Shop: The pedestal grinder was equipped with a front-loaded cord connector (plug) which is not allowed by the National Electric Code (NFPA 70).
