29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv):Employees did not stand firmly on the floor of the basket: (a)650 N Pleasant St (UMass Campus) Amherst, MA: On or about March 13, 2013, an employee was observed standing on the mid rails of the aerial lift he was working from to attach steel lintels to a window opening more than 50 feet above the ground below which is not in accordance with this subpart: Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
