29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) Construction Site: On or about March 18, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees of BMC West Corporation created overhead hazards in that they exposed employees of Castlerock Construction, Inc. to overhead hazards while swinging trusses over employees waiting to install them.
