Employees were potentially exposed to an electrical shock hazard while operating the pendant control box, on or about March 19, 2013.  c) Paint Area, Lower Shop, 3-ton Crane, 300 Sly Street, Luzerne, PA - Employees operated an overhead crane to transport steel products that did not have identification to mark the functionality of each button. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while operating the pendant control box, on or about March 19, 2013.
