29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports: WORKSITE: The employer did not install full planking or decking on the Alum-A-Pole pump jack scaffold platform brackets in between the face of the work (wall of the house) and the upright poles; an employee was standing on one of hte platform brackets, exposing him to a 20' - 5" fall to the ground.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee shall be protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. WORKSITE: The employee, working shile standing on a platform bracket of the Alum-A-Pole pump jack scaffold, was not protected from the hazard of falling 20 foot, 5 inches and 24 feet to the ground by the use of appropriate fall protection systems/devices.
