29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. An employee operating an articulating boom (Equipment number 2AR6424) was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet from the platform to the ground below. The employee was exposed in that the lanyard in use was not secured to the anchor point of the basket.
