29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) Jobsite: 1551 Conner Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15228: On or before March 18, 2013, the employer did not train employees on fall hazards and the protection needed in that employees were anticipating that a single legged lanyard would constitute 100% fall protection when transitioning between the different anchorage locations.
