29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii)(A): Building owners shall notify prospective employers applying or bidding for work whose employees reasonably can be expected to work in or adjacent to areas containing such material [ACM or PACM]; a) Kendal-Crossland Communities/Audland Building- The employer did not notify their contracted employer [e.g. Warfel Construction] of the presence, location and quantity of asbestos containing building materials that were disturbed during demolition activities. This was observed on March 28, 2013.

29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii)(B): The building owner did not notify their employees about the presence, location and quantity of ACM or PACM at the work site: a) Kendal-Crosslands communities/Audland Building - The owner did not notify their employees of the presence, location and quantity of, disturbed chrysotile asbestos building material. This material scattered throughout the Audland building flooring was being disturbed while employee were walking through the affected areas of the building. This was observed on March 28, 2013.
