29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Great Roofing and Restoration, LLC at 261 4th Ave., Brighton, CO 80601: On or before March 19, 2013, the employer did not ensure that roofing subcontractor employees were protected from fall hazards when shingling a ranch style residence with a 9 in 12 pitch roof, and a garage with a 6 in 12 pitch roof. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 10 feet.
