29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents: a) Rodriguez, Juan at 261 4th Ave., Brighton, CO 80601: On or before March 19, 2013, the employer did not ensure that employees using or working in the vicinity of pneumatic nail guns were protected from projectiles to the eyes through the use of safety glasses. Condition exposed employees to the hazard of projectiles to the eyes.

Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 10 feet.
