29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. This violation occurred on March 12, 2013, at the work place located at 2021 North Towne East, Suite 400, Mesquite, Texas 75150, where two employees were exposed to fall hazards ranging from 12 to 20 feet above the lower levels. Instance: a) This violation occurred on March 12, 2013; where at least one (1) employee performing roofing work on the southwest side of the roof, was exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 12-feet to the lower level. Instance: b) This violation occurred on March 12, 2013; where at least one (1) employee performing roofing work on the southeast side of the roof, was exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 20-feet to the lower level.
