SUMMIT ROOFING INC., WAS ALSO PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314315714 CIITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 22, 2010 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT  2825 WEST MAIN STREET, MISOULA  MONTANA 59802.
