29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement. (a) On or about 03/19/2013 at 4975 Jimmy Carter Blvd., Norcross, GA: At entrances and thresholds throughout the site which employees used to move in and out of the building, the re-bar at these locations was un-capped, posing an impalement hazard to the employees.
