29 CFR 1910.135(a): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wears a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: This violation was observed on or about March 19th, 2013 when an employee was observed by the CSHO working from an aerial boom truck to trim and cut trees without wearing a protective helmet (Hard hat). Employees working below the aerial lift to clear fallen debris were also not wearing a hard hat.
