29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):  Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:     a)  At the facility, in the Paint Shop, where the fire extinguishers were not marked to identify the location of the fire extinguisher.  This condition exposed the employees to a fire hazard.

29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4):  Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch:    a)  At the facility, in the Locksmith Shop, where the work rest on the Rockwell Bench Grinder, model #23-650, was adjusted greater than 1/8 of an inch away from the grinding wheel.  This condition exposed employees to a struck-by hazard.

29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv):  A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was not suitable for the location:     a)  At the facility, in the main kitchen, where the electrical receptacle was not suitable for its location.  There was no ground fault circuit interrupter installed on the outlet near the sink and coffee making area.  This condition exposed the employees to an electrical hazard.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B):  Flexible cords and cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors:     a)  At the facility, in the main kitchen, where the flexible cords were run through holes in the ceiling tiles.  The flexible cords were supplying power to the Traulsen refrigerators. This condition exposed the employees to an electrical hazard.
