29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: This violation occurred on March 20, 2013, at a jobsite located at 5732 Yorkshire Road, McKinney, Texas; where employees doing cornice work were exposed to fall hazards: 1) An employee working from a pump jack scaffold. 2) An employee working from an aluminum plank mounted above the garage roof. MANUEL SIFUENTES WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.451 (g)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 312119464, CITATION 001, ITEM 002a AND AFFIRMED AS FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 12, 2009, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 6234 VELASCO, DALLAS, TEXAS 75230.
