29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel:  a) Worksite, Packaging Area: Electrical panel box rated approximately 408 Volts that powers walk-in freezer, walk-in refrigerator, and lights were blocked by stored materials such as boxes, racks; on or about 3/20/13.  b) Worksite, Utility Area: Electrical panel box rated approximately 480 Volts that powers cooler, freezer were blocked by stored materials such as racks, pumps; on or about 3/27/13.  NOTE: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance to 29 CFR 1903.19.
