(a) Jobsite located at Brandywine Senior Living, 311 Route 73, Voorhees, NJ: Frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite were not conducted to ensure employees were not exposed to fall hazards including but not limited to guard rails set at the proper height, occurred on or about 3/5/13. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
