29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    (a) Construction Site: On or about March 21, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately eight feet to the ground below while shoveling  snow off of the top outer plate of a wall.    KIRCHHOFF CONSTRUCTION INC., WAS ALSO PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 716858 CIITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 002 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 06, 2012 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT QUAIL RUN SUBDIVISION, BOZEMAN MONTANA 59718.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:     (a) Construction Site: On or about March 21, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately eight feet to the ground below due to lack of adequate training in the recognition of fall hazards and the means to control these hazards.     KIRCHHOFF CONSTRUCTION INC., WAS ALSO PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 716858 CIITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 003 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 06, 2012 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT  QUAIL RUN SUBDIVISION, BOZEMAN MONTANA 59718.
