29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: On or about 03/19/2013 at 5385 Jimmy Carter Blvd., Norcross, GA: An employee using a DeWalt chop saw was exposed to an electrical shock hazard. The extension cords that provided the saw power ran across the driveway and was not protected from vehicle traffic.
