This condition exposed employees to eye and skin chemical burns.      Abatement certification is required for this violation.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citations.

This commercial-grade material was used to clean commercial ovens in the cafeteria at the site.      Abatement certification is required for this violation.
