29 CFR 1910.213(p)(1): Feed rolls of self-feed sanding machine(s) were not protected with semicylindrical guard to prevent the hands of the operator from coming in contact with the in-running rolls.      On or about March 18, 2013, and times prior thereto, in the Structural Fab area, employees utilized two floor-mounted sanders that did not have guards, exposing employees to caught-by and struck-by hazards.
