29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed:     (a) FDA Kitchen, Line 1: The employer failed to guard a sprocket and chain on the conveyor with a stationary enclosure, exposing employees to pinch point hazards associated with rotating parts. The conveyor is used to assemble processed sandwiches throughout the shift.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures:     (a) FDA kitchen, electrical enclosure on west wall:  The employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards of 110 volts as an electrical enclosure was opened and exposed the insulated wires.  The outlet was used by employees to power portable hand tools.      (b) FDA kitchen, electrical outlet on east wall:  The employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards of 110 volts as an electrical socket was missing a cover.  The electrical outlet was used by employees to power portable hand tools.
