29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about March 21, 2013, during construction activities including but not limited to roofing work, the employer did not ensure all employees on a roof having a slope of 5/12 were using a fall protection system/device while exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet around the perimeter of the building. LM TRIM CARPENTRY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.501 (B)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315443473, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 23 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 774 MARKELL ROAD, KIRTLAND, OH 44094.
